Membership Information

Membership at Dug Hill Rod & Gun Club is capped at 165 members. Prospective members must be sponsored by an associate, active, or life member in good standing and attend a meeting to be introduced to the membership in order to be invited to apply.

Membership Process

• Prospective members 18 years of age or older and of sound moral character are invited to attend a membership meeting with their sponsor. They will then be introduced and invited to apply by filling out a membership application and liability waiver. 

• The non-refundable application fee is $75 is due at the time of application. Action will not be taken until the application fee is paid.  A background check will be conducted on the applicant to verify sound moral character. 

• Once the background check is cleared, the applicant will be invited to the next Club meeting (held on the 2nd Monday of the month) to be voted in as a member. Members must be present to be voted on.

•  At this time, they will pay their yearly dues of $125 (prorated monthly). Once paid, they will be issued a badge and an access card.
